1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of orrun.ai and any related pages (the "Site"), operated by Orrun LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Orrun," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the site

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse the Site, learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, harvest or systematically download content or data from the Site, including by bots, crawlers or other automated means, except for search engine indexing.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the Site, or interfere with its operation.
  • Reverse engineer, frame or mirror any part of the Site.
  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms, except as an authorized agent making a privacy request.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

4. Orrun services and customer agreements

Orrun's products, including audiences, data enrichment, website visitor identification, intent signals, direct mail and related data, are available only under a separate written agreement between Orrun and the customer. These terms do not grant any right to use Orrun's products or data. If a customer agreement conflicts with these terms, the customer agreement controls for the services it covers.

5. Website content and illustrative data

Content on the Site is provided for general information about Orrun and may change without notice. Animations, sample records, counts, charts and examples on the Site are illustrative. They do not show real people or real customer results. Product figures, such as data volumes, match rates and timelines, describe typical capabilities as reported by Orrun and its data providers. Actual results vary by use case, data and market. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any outcome.

6. No offer of securities or professional advice

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment, interest in an oil and gas program or other financial product. Orrun does not verify or represent that any person is an accredited investor or otherwise qualified to invest. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, investment or property tax advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, designs, animations, software and the Orrun name and logo, are owned by Orrun LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Orrun," the Orrun logo and our product names are trademarks of Orrun LLC. You may not use them without our written permission. Other names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their owners.

8. Information you submit and feedback

Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential information through our public forms. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORRUN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORRUN LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). These limits do not apply to the extent the law does not allow them.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Orrun LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms or the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@orrun.ai and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Orrun about the Site.
